Onboard, supervise and support clients to ensure successful adoption of their TVA installation.
Work with each client’s user group to understand their merchandising challenges and then develop customized analytics-based reporting within the TVA platform that empowers those users to obtain clear visibility into vendor product performance and profitable decision-making.
Conduct regularly scheduled user-meetings, both onsite and remotely, to present opportunities and analytics-based solutions on merchandising issues, demonstrating how TVA enhances their ability to make quick fact-based decisions.
Scope, design, lead, and execute analysis on Share Group benchmarking KPIs, clearly communicating the opportunities supported by the Share Group’s performance statistics.
Analyze and interpret monthly TVA data to make targeted merchandising recommendations, ultimately focusing on the move to predictive analytics by projecting anticipated outcomes.
Facilitate collaboration and strengthen communications with the user group and each client’s internal champions.
Create and promote a positive work environment that supports growth and consistent execution throughout the organization's strategy, operational methods, and data collection.
Cultivate a transparent working relationship with the Avantis Team to ensure open communication concerning the measurement of financial, strategic, and business objectives.
